RE: cbr600 help
well i havent looked at the bike yet , weve only spoken over the ph . he tells me that after a long ride if he pulls up at traffic lights it wont go back into 1st [ to stiff , to push down ] im thinking that the clutch isnt engaging when its hot , maybe its a oil issue . the bike has done 95 000km .

95,000 Km [sm=insomnia.gif] If that's true thats ton of Km's. Odds are the trannys getting worn, dogs on the gears get rounded off, the selector drum could be worn, bent or worn shift fork. But it could also be the clutch isn't disengaging fully when hot due to worn springs, or a stretched cable.
A word of warning, if it's the tranny Don't by it unless is't dirt cheap cuz it going to be big $$$$ to fix it.
