Hey guys i am new to this forum, I jus bought a 02' cbr f4i, Now i bought it with only 440 kms on it which means it had been stored for a few years. The guy that sold it to me changed the battery because it died over the years , but i hadnt checked the gas tank, and took it out for a spin. When i came back i decided to check the tank cuz i knew i was in need of some gas. At first i couldnt open the tank at all. When i finally got it open i discovered the problem was because the gas had gone bad and clumpy, i pumped out that gas and was able to get alot of the crap out and put in 94 octane in .. but now when i run the engine it will run for like a minute then choke out, i am thinkin it might be my filter any ideas?

 

ur fuel pump filter might have gotten clog and maybe the injectors too....get some injection cleaner...know sure wat brand to buy...but i heard STP might work
