Yesterday I rode my bike to work (about 10 miles), at the end of my journey I turned the ignition off, opened the gate to the car park only to find the bike had completely died on me, the time and trip meter had reset and it wouldn't even try to start. When going home, I easily jump started it and rode home. Today it had started fine on numerous occasions with no issues. Does anyone know what could have been the cause?
Any help/advice greatly appreciated.
