Unhappy cbr 400rr gullarm nc29 problems

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Passed my test last week, and since feb I've had a cbr400rr sat in the garage waiting for me. Since passing and taking it on the road its awesome!!
But i'm having a problem and hoping for a bit of help/advice. I'm a new biker and i'm not sure where to look and what to check.
When I go out on little runs its fine and dandy, a bit boggy at times but I've been told carbs prob need cleaning out. But if I go out on a decent run it eventually dumps all the coolant on the road??? I guess its overheating? Is this a dead radiator? Or?
Thanks in advance for any help you can give a newbie, oh, and its a 1990 H reg

I found in my F2 that it was above the hot line when it was warm. Check your coolant levels cause if there is to much then it will just spill over no problem just a few cents out of the bike. Before ripping the carbs off try running some cocktail sauce through there like seafoam or stp, ect ect what ever is your poison. If there was no stabilizer in the fuel over the winter there is a possibility of something getting clogged. My float got stuck close because of this and i had to rip mine all apart. Good luck my friend.

Check if coolant is circulating first. If it is which I'll assume is the case the run radiator cleaner threw and put new coolant in.

Now that i think about it. Do those have an engine temp light? If it isn't going off then your major worry is out of the way. Just like bored said, flush it and put the correct amount in, should only cost like 5-10 bucks and 15 at the max.
