Carbs leaking fuel on 87 Hurricane

The carbs are leaking on a 1987 hurricane I'm buying and was wondering if it would be best to just replace the carbs all together and if so which kit is best to buy. Or what do you suggest doing/looking for when fixing it and basically if there is anything else I should know about this issue and related issues for this bike

there's a good chance that why it is leaking is just dry O-rings, cracked t-joints or a hose. Those are pretty easy to find and replace. Your going to have to tear into it regardless so I guess it's up to you on how much money you want to spend. Unless they've been really abused, carb bodies are pretty hardy things.

Ok thanks I'm not worried about tearing Into it at all I'm actually kinda stoked on fixing it the guy I'm buying from said about the needle seats may need replaced do you think that could be it? Mind you I am a NOOB and haven't really much knowledge about this stuff so anything you can tell me would be greatly appreciated

It could be. I personally haven't seen all of them go bad at the same time, but it is theoretically possible. They are very easy to replace.
