we have a 87 cbr 750 hurricane, and the issues with it are that the diaframs in the carbies have disintgrated, we are located in Australia and can not find replacments for them, i was wondering if anyone would be able to point me in the right direction for finding said item

Hi , I know they used similar parts on the VFR750 , maybe worth taking a look at RC24 and rc36 up to 92, could be Diaphragms and slides were the same

the next question that i have is that if all else fails are there other options for carbies that we can use, ie other model carbies that will fit with relatively little modification

750 Hurricanes are pretty rare. Japanese import?

You might be able to find the carb model in the service manual. Keihin made a lot of carbs for a lot of bikes, so if you can find another model running the same carb you'd have a fightin' chance
