hey yall

i need to jet my carbs, and need your help. here are the parameters

93 CBR600F2
stock jets
ultra clean carbs, with all new gaskets/o-rings
opened air-box (has the top cut off)
K&N air filter
cbr 954 header (larger diameter than stock)
cut down Jardine slip-on w/restrictior.
rebuilt engine (valves possibly slightly off)

Symptoms
running on only two cylinders when idling with a really gassy smell, and just really laggy/bogged down starting off, but as soon as it the RPMs pick up it runs on all 4 cylinders and pulls really nice. i dont have an operable tachometer in the bike right now but i do have a cheap standalone unit i got in order to be able to tune the bike.
