Putting on a new fairing kit I assume. One of them is a frame protector.. Not sure. If. The previous owner did anything weird just wanted all yalls opinions

 

Nothing weird, just mounting points for the fairing, at least the one on the left is (red circle). One on right (blue circle) is motor mounting point. Often used for frame slider and cutting hole in fairings.
