ok, so last night i was changing my front bearings, the bad bearing fell apart when i got the wheel off, i used a socket and knocked everything out, but the outter ring to the bearing is ceased inside the wheel, i was beating it with a screwdriver and hammer for about an hour last night. it wasnt moving.
any suggestions? im thinking maybe heating it up? maybe a bigger hammer?

you need a bearing puller. stop beating on it, if your not careful, you will end up damaging the face where the new bearing needs to be pressed in.
take it to a machine shop, they can pull it inabout 30seconds. and if its a press fit bearing, which it sounds like it is, they can put it back in for you too.
why would you think pressing it out means taking a hammer and screwdriver to it?

FWIW, bearings and races which are pressed in can be knocked out most often without pressing. Most often, you want to press something because it's easier and you won't damage the bearing. if you are removing old and throwing away, there is no reason to not use a hammer and punch.
