Default Breaking in new brake pads

Not sure if I searched properly, but I did first.
How's best way to break in new brake pads, same rotor?
Any different braking in new pads AND rotors together?
What's 'glazing'?
Any no-no's? Any other suggestions?

Who makes cbr1Krr pads? Rotors? I was told it's EBC double sentered pads, but I can't confirm that.

I'm on 2007

Never needed new rotors, so I've always started with de-glazing -
- and then, on a straight stretch with little to no traffic, I get up to 60/70 mph and brake firmly down to 20 or so, several times in a row to bed the new pads in with the rotors.

Google will pull up any/all makers of pads for your bike. It's up to you to decide which brand and material best fits your needs...
