Brake fluid

I was wondering what kind of brake fluid i should use, I am going to be replacing my brake lines with those kevlar brake lines and was just wondering what type of fluid to replace it with, Should i use the honda brand or can i go to autozone and pick something off the shelf from there?

I've used Motul RBF600 on an automobile and it worked great. Just be prepared to flush the system often.

you can use DOT 5 Synthetic if you like but make sure you flush all the old mineral brake fluid out 1st

I am going to do a full fluid replacement on my CBR 600 F4 this winter and I am going to use DOT 5. I use it in my Goldwing and old 750 K3 and I find absolutely no down sides at all.

non at all as long as you flush the old mineral stuff out 1st, you'll have no worries,
