try to simulated exactly what ur doing when the fuse pops weather it be using the highbeams or ur turn signal ect once u noe what system is causing it to pop check all the connections and wires in that system.. they sell a circut breaker fuse that u can reset after it pops it very helpfull with the diag instead of going though a whole bunch of fueses till u find out what it is

Looked at the wiring, unplugged the signal lights and tail lights drove around never blew any, so I fixed the wiring. I think It was just a loose connection or bad insulation. so far so good. thanks for the advice everyone. lots of helpful tips seeing as I know nothing about bikes.
