Default Bleeding Brakes

Whats up everybody. I just change my Front and Rear Brakes on my F4 and I need to bleed the brakes and not so sure how to do it, I need help!!! Can anybody please explain to me how to bleed my brakes..

This might be helpful.

I did not use a pump or anything, just loosen nipple, apply pressure on lever, while still applying pressure (before the lever reaches the end) close the nipple. Refill reservoir if necessary. Repeat until clean fluid comes out of the nipple. Repeat for other side.

If anyone think thats wrong, chime in

That's how I do mine too. You don't need a fancy brake bleeder "kit". A glass jar, a wire coat hanger, and some clear tubing
