Bikes bogs when throttle whacked, wont rev past 9-10k

If you only got the serious problems after the fpr change, I'd go back and re-trace your steps. Its possible you didn't hook something back up. Another common mistake when removing the tank, (if thats how you changed the FPR), is getting the fuel line kinked. If it doesn't lay back down correctly, it can crease and limit the amount of fuel to your injectors. Or, it is possible the FPR is bad. Even Oem can make mistakes.
Also, it kind of sounds like a weak coil. If you can access them easy enough, it might be a good idea to test them all to make sure they are all within the same resistance range.
When it doesn't rev past 10,000, does it sound like its hitting the rev limiter? or does it just not go any higher and and feel like its running out of gas?

Thats what i thought but the ebayer i bought it from has 100% rating and owns / operates a motorcycle school, when i get the bike back here in a few hours i will need to take some pictures / give him some info but i think hes willing to work with me. I think it got damaged during shipping.
