So when it does die, will it start right back up or have difficulty?

If nothing else cuts off id lean more towards a fuel pressure regulator. if its spitting out too much fuel than itll either drown the plugs or finally catch when its able to burn the fuel in the cylinder. Flames coming out of your pipe screams FPR! too much unburnt fuel. One sign of a bad fpr is gas in your vacuum line. id check that and replace it while your there. I only know because I had the exact same problem.

Ok so I have been out here looking at it.. The kickstand killswitch did not work before due to it being installed incorrectly.. I fixed that issue is there any way that is a possible root of my problem

If it was the kickstand I would think the bike wouldn't start at all, but then again you never know, you could always bypass the switch to test it.

I suspect the fuel pump/fpr is the problem.

Well based on what you've told me, my first suspicion would be fuel related, and if its effecting all cylinders equally and in the way you describe you most likely have a bad fuel pump/reg IMO.
