Default Bent handlebar?

My bike blew over in a windstorm about a month ago. Wind near the canyon where I live can get strong in a spring storm and I had a cover on it. Have an issue now. The throttle is sticky. When I pull the kill switch housing off, and slide the throttle out toward the end of the bar, it doesnt stick. On the bar, some of the paint has separated or chipped off as well.

Have lubricated the housing etc and it is all smooth, just sticks when put in place.

The bike tipped onto that side (with the wheel lock on) and I know it hit the bar end and brake lever. Sound like a bent bar to you guys?

Also, forks arent quite straight although I have gotten that to improve with the tips from the boards here. Thanks all!

If its slightly bent can it be pressed straight or is that dangerous?

yes, it can be pressed straight. as long as the bars aren't 'kinked' or 'folded' the strength of the metal isn't compromised so you'll be fine. also, make sure the throttle itself is not out of round.
