Default Bent disc rotors?

I think I may need to replace my front right break disc on my 07 blade because when my girlfriend's mom tipped it over, the disc must have gotten a slight knock - when I brake, you can feel it jitter.

How can I know it's the disc and not the bearing or something else without taking the calipers off?

get the front wheel off the ground and spin it by hand. you should be able to see the run out and hear it as it drags on the pads.

If you can prop up the front end, spin the front tire by hand looking at the side of the disc. You may be able to see it wobble if it was hit hard enough. If you can't see it wobble (compared to the left disc) you could always apply a little pressure on the front brake and spin the front by hand. You can feel it that way

The Honda dealer took it for a spin and said the disc is bent and the steering bearings (IIRC) need to be reset. However when I asked him if I can just straighten the disc or get a used one from a parts shop he said no, I need to get a new one.

Dealers frown on used parts. You are taking a chance that it will be bent as well. They always go with new. You can put a used one on if it is within wear limits...

If it's between 2.5 - 3mm thick and < 0.3mm deviance I'll be happy with it. But I found a guy that straightens sportsbike discs so that's my first port of call.

A local guy? I think mine are slightly warped as well, and can't find anyone to turn them. Seems like motorcycle rotors are too thin to be turned. I'm thinking of swapping to 600RR brakes if I can make them work on my F4

Haha!

But on a serious note, armyjeffries, you can turn them. Just keep looking for smaller workshops. Ask around your local racetracks.

Don't turn one side without the other...these are meant in pairs...don't replace one new either. You want both left/right balance
