Default Airtech streamling gone, alternatives?

A few months back I lost my garage in a fire, with all the plastics for my 87 CBR600F. I was gong to consider that project dead, but decided to include replacement plastics in my insurance claim as the adjuster is not sure if they are covered or not.

I was going to price these out at Airtech Streamlining which I knew had a pretty comprehensive set of plastics available for this vintage.

Alas, I discovered that the company is no longer in business and, sadly, they seem to have tossed all the molds into the dumpster (!!!!) : https://www.gixxer.com/threads/airte...isness.852687/

Are there any alternatives ? Since I was never able to source even the small side maintenance panels, I'm considering going used to be a non-starter.

I've so far found this company: https://skidmarx.co.uk/all-products/...-front-fairing

thanks !

My hurricane has really bad fairings and was missing the right maintenance door, i got the maintenance door off cmsl for 150 usd, im planning on plastic welding and sanding the rest of the fairings. I have had luck finding junkyard bikes with fairings still attached but they wanted too much money for them.

I found that AliExpress sells full sets of plastics for cheap, I just had to search for "plastics" instead of "fairings".

https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005006068648445.html

They claim they can be "customized" by telling them what colour you want, words you want on it, etc. Which sounds weird. I'm not sure if they are accurate or not, they look a little different to me.

Anyone have experience with AliExpress plastics?

Good find there sir!! And half the price of skidmarx.
As to quality, not had any experience but probably made in the same place as the skidmarx ones

I've had good results with ebay/Ali fairings. Got couple sets over years for my race-bike due to occasional crashes. Before and after.

Trick to getting fairings fitted is to only install each bolt 2-3 turns by hand. This allows you to tug and pull panels to fit later bolts. When all of them has been installed, go back and tighten them in multiple passes in criss-cross fashion. If bike's ever been dropped, even just garage tip-over, then mounting-brackets will be bent. Best to find pristine new bike and measure brackets to bend yours back to same shape.

Then couple rattlecans of paint and it's better than new!

Thanks @dannoxyz Are there any particular vendors you would recommend for an F1?
