Was wondering which helmet to get as i needed a new one.. I seen the AGV k4 EVO. Which is in my price range and was wondering if it is a decent helmet. If not which helmet should i get

Never had an agv, but I love my speed and strength hard knock life helmet, got "one of the best helmets for under 200" reviews from multiple companies, many said they couldn't believe it was only 180. I had and hjc fs-15 carbon which was really good a little loud but good air flow for keepin the melon cool and very light, there are so many good helmets cheap and expensive just gotta hit up some stores and find one that fits your melon the best lol, not just go by what reviews or people say. Could be the worlds best helmet but if it didn't fit my wierd shaped noggin right I wouldn't buy it lol

 

I've got the AGV and its a good cheap helmet a little noisy with the wind but overall very good. It's comfy for my shaped head and the removable lining is quite a bonus, the visor mechanism is again good but cheap don't expect your visor to stay open at speed

 

cheap?? £140 aint really cheap.

How about this one, its a Arai Corsair V RC, its only $4,000 lmao!

 

U dont have to necessary pay 4000 for a helmet to protect your head! Im backing a 50 quid helmet would protect you in a crash. What speed does th visor start opening? Because ive been up to 80 in a £80 quid helmet and it never opened.

 

He said it wouldn't stay open at speed, not that it would open up at speed.
If your helmet visor opens at speed, you're defying many laws of physics.

Btw, I like scorpion helmets pretty well. Better than my hjc. They can be had for cheap, and the anti-fog visors work. I just wish the air guard for the chin came standard. Maybe they do now? I dunno.

 

oops my bad. I never keep my visor open any way.
