I believe it’s fixed now my issue is it wants to bog out and cut off when I try to creep forward unless I get it up to atleast 4k rpms and bogs when rolling and try to burp the throttle

If you fully disassembled the carbs, you will need to sync them. What you are describing could be a symptom of that.

I have an open circuit in my air valve solenoid wiring loom could that be the roseon for that? Aside from carbs likely needing to be synced

What would be a likely reason for the open circuit? Could it be the actual solenoid is bad causing it to show open circuit in the test?

An open circuit is usually called by a bad connector or wire. I don't think the solenoid being bad would cause an open. But I've never had to troubleshoot that condition so I can't say with certainty.

I think I’ll just do the low speed ram air delete and get rid of the air valve
