I’ve taken the carbs apart and completely rebuilt them the only thing I didn’t replace was the flit needles because they didn’t seem to stick or have any issues and floats didn’t fill with gas or anything so they aren’t damaged the bike has 35k miles on it but great compression still and runs like a charm when I get it to fire off the only thing I can think of is foot needles are t sealing off and at allowing the fuel to free flow

I’ve tried gravity feeding it doesn’t flood when gravity fed but also doesn’t idle for long before stalling that way the pump I have on it is a 3-6 psi just a little stronger than the stock 2-4 but I wouldn’t think it would be significant enough pressure difference to blow through the float needle

- Yes I’ve narrowed it down to the far left carb is flooding all the rest are not flooding so I’m assuming it’s likely a bad float needle i took them all out there’s no tears or cuts but the one that’s flooding did have a slightly noticeable indentation ring where it seals so I assume that’s where the problem is so I’m gonna go pick up a new kit for that and see if it fixes it. Other issue is it still doesn’t wanna stay idling in the right two carbs there’s back fire of compression every 3to 5 seconds and it shuts off pretty quick after that
