Default 98 CBR600f3 where to begin?

Whats up guys? Just bought a 98 cbr600f3 a few days ago. The bike currently will not start, but he said all that was wrong with it was that the carbs needed cleaning. Just hoping to get some advice on where to begin, so I can at least get it running to see what else it needs!! Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I guess I would start with cleaning the carbs to see if it starts.

Having said that. I'd be more inclined to put in a new set of plugs to start off with. More times than not, the sparkplugs will prevent a bike from starting than a dirty set of carbs.

But, since it was suggested by the previous owner, Id clean the carbs, change the oil, change the plugs, flush the coolant system, and maybe change the brake fluid.

Is there anywhere that gives good picture-instructions on how to change the plugs on an F3, or how to clean the carbs? I've never really worked on my bike before so i'd like to get some solid research done before i start pulling.
