96 f3 fuel pump relay

I am having problems with my fuel delivery i am not hearing the fuel pump whine when i turn on the bike. Does anyone know where the relays are located? Its on a 96 f3.

Bottom line is you don't get a whine when you turn on your bike. It's not fuel injected.
