I have a '95 F3 and here lately it'll cut out/bog down like it's running out of gas, but only on the highway. The usual cruising speed that this happens is 4.5-6.5k rpm's. I don't know if it's highway only but I haven't noticed it anywhere but there. I can even pull in the clutch and try to rev it a lil and it'll still do it. The air filter looks brand new so that's out of the question. I'm thinking it may be the fuel filter or plugs, but I'm no professional mechanic. Any advice will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

 

Check ya sump for fuel, could be one o ur needle valves jammed open. I'd also check all air & fuel pipes for blockages. Hope this helps bro.

 

Well I checked the air filter and and it was pretty gunked up. I ordered a new one so hopefully this fixes the problem.
