95 CBR 600F3 Float height adjustment
Two floats are clearly sitting lower than the others in the float bowls, and the two don't have as much bounce as the other, how do i adjust the height so the floats are laying evenly and have the proper bounce??
They aren't adjustable. There are three components to that area: the float, the float needle and the pin that holds the needle in place. The bounce comes from the needle. It has a tiny spring in it. To test, you just push on the little nipple with your fingernail or a flat blade. It should have a crisp return when you let off pressure. It it doesn't, you can soak it in parts cleaner for just a little bit. That might help. The other thing it could be is they float might have a hole in it and doesn't float. That's super easy to check. Basically if it has fuel in it, it's bad.

New floats and float needles, One side of the floats, is setting lower than the other side, one side when I tap it its bouncy but u can hear the float hit the bottom of the float bowl, the other side is plenty bouncy and doesn't hit the float bowl when I tap it, Idk if that would cause a bog
also when initially cleaning the carb I didn't watch where I put the jets, I do if that has anything to do with it?
