Default 93 f2 help!

So I’ve got a ‘93 600 F2 that will not start unless it’s in neutral and I lean it all the way over in the left side...? Also if I don’t choke it or keep the throttle rev’d up it stalls out at idle... Any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated. The bike was gifted to me a year ago and it’s my first, so really even something simple I may be overlooking or just plain ignorant to. Thanks!

Just bought a 96 f3 with the same problem a month ago, would only run right if it was leaned over to the left but would die when leaned to the right. I ordered new carb boots and a carb rebuild kit. The floats on 3 of the carbs were stuck and a couple pilot jets were clogged. after reinstalling with a new air filter it ran great. I would recommend checking those carb boots and evening your floats.
