Default 600RR Rear Turn Signal Wiring Question

The rear turn signals my bike came with are LED's in the passenger footpegs. They are street legal, but not too visible in the daylight, so I ordered a Clear Alternatives taillight to go with them. I was just going to wire the turn signals to the same wires as the footpegs so they flashed together, but I want to know if there is a way to use the led footpegs as running lights AND turn signals ...kinda like the daytime running lights on GM vehicles - they stay on, and they flash with the turn signals. Is there a way to do that, and if so, how should i go about wiring it up?

ive never been a fan of posts like "I need help!" because then everybody has to look at them to see what's inside. With clear titles describing problems, you know what it is before you open it. That said, do you have an answer to any of them?
