Hi, im having an issue with a new rear light that ive purchased! its a smoked LED rear light unit with integrated indicators, all of the bit work accept the brake light! ive checked the brake switches, fuses and even check the loom with the original bulbs and that works! but when i plug the new light unit in, it seems to be a problem! any suggestions are welcome, thank you for your time.

 

Hi, have you tried putting power to the new brake light directly from a battery, might give a clue as to wether the new light unit is faulty or wether its from the bike, have u tested brake light wires from bike with an electrical tester to make sure u getting power up to new unit, I nearly bought one the other day for my fs but its the fitting that is holding me back as i have read a few posts with problems when converting to led, they look awesome though.
