Hi everyone I'm trying to clear a fault on a 2021 cbr650r, mil light on but running fine. As far as I can see since 2021 models the red diagnostic plug has been changed to a plug with 6 different coloured wires. Would anyone know how I can now get the fault code and clear it. I can only find 2020 workshop manual online and its different on my bike.

It is available from the publisher who produces the documentation for Honda Motorsports in the US. Naturally it would be for US spec models. I'm not sure how much difference there would be from models in other parts of the world. So, I guess it depends on where you're located. Here is a link to the manual.

all I really need to know is which 2 wires to join for fault codes

It looks like that is going to be some difficult information to come by. Looks like the 2021 model is different from the 2019 and 2020 models. They changed the part number to an entirely new prefix. The 00 indicates the first of a series. Don't imagine many people, other than shops have made the purchase.
