2014 CBR125R Keeps jumping speed and then flashes on and off before dying

I’ve been having issues with my motorcycle. Bought it in August. 2,300 km on it. Battery was okay. Passed safety. Tried to do a 3 hour drive on an 80km road. Half way through it would jump speeds from 90 to 180 (only on LCD. I stayed a decent constant speed) and then would just turn off. Engine would die. No display or lights. (Mimicked a blown fuse, but the fuse was fine when checked). The only thing that would make it turn on again was if I changed a fuse, but the fuses were all fine. I had to plug and plug it back in and it would start up again. It happened 5 times. Checked oil and fluids. I did a multimeter check and got some weird readings regarding the battery. It seems that it isn’t completely charging. Just wondering if anyone else has faced this problem or if you have any suggestions.

Take it back from where you bought it and get them to fix it!
