2001 929 no spark

2001 929 no spark and no current to the fuel pump. this happened after the bike shut down. when it shut down it sounded like it had a misfire then didnt start after words.

does it crank over ??? check tilt sensor same problem with my bike but my fuel pump kicks in when i turn the ignition on still trying to get my bike running for nearly a month now.

Well my little cousin was helping me and he put the battery in backwards and connected it and when he did that fuse popped on the starter relay popped and melted and it's been ****ed up since
