1999 cbr600f4 A or AC..help!! :(((
 

ok so i need some new parts and i got a site to get them from, powersportsplus.com anyway, when i they ask for the bike model they give me 2 choices..cbr600f4 A or cbr600f4 AC...can anybody help me with this, like which one is my bike lol what does 'A' and 'AC' mean?? any help would be great, i need some new bolts and these bolts from lowes and home depot are not cutting it, they snap and or dont fit :( i need to ride my bike fellas but i cant run it without coolant as it leaks out , also need some tank bolts because im sure they would help a lot lol

Not 100% sure, but can mean carb or fuel injection as this is when then started using the fuel injection and dropping the carburetor.

no idea either but the 99-00 f4 was carbed so thats not the difference between the two. What parts do you need? It might not even matter once you find out the difference depending on what youre ordering

For the f3, a means standard edition, and AC means "special." In the f3's case it was the smoking Joe's edition.

A refers to a 49 state version and the AC means California version.

I know its not fuel injected because its a 99 they didnt start makin these fuel injected till 01, i think the whole cali and the rest of the states is what it stands for, thanks guys :)

the A is california mod and AC - is canadian mod
