07 CBR600RR Front wheel not spinning freely
Hi everyone. So I recently took my front wheel off my bike. When I put it back on I followed all the procedures with tightening the bolts in the right sequence and pumping the forks to align the floating side of the axle. So any way. When I spin the tire it spins fine until I put the break calipers back on. Then I can’t even get one full rotation! The calipers also don’t seem to like up perfectly with the bolt holes on the forks I kind of have to use a little force to get them to click in. I have read a lot of people having this issue with no one getting it resolved. Any thoughts?! Thanks

If it was OK before you took the wheel off, then it's something you have done during re-instillation.
If it was like that before (you never explained why you had the wheel off in the first place), then I would suspect:-
a. Caliper pistons not retracting properly from the brake disc.
b. Faulty wheel bearings.

I took them off to paint them and i did not check before hand if they were spinning free. Last night i took the brake pads off clean the pistons from a bunch of gunk on the edge and retraced them fully then when i put it back together and pumped the brakes up it seems to spin about 2 full rotations. So I'm thinking the calipers need to be taken apart and cleaned thoroughly maybe rebuild them?
