Headlights was working, then our of the blue they dont come on, blue highbeam dash light dont come on either. Ive checked all the fuses, checked and cleaned all connections, checked the relays, and still nothing. I did notice that when i hit the starter button, the bulbs light up just a little while cranking. Other than that nothing.

 

This happened to me before. the start button was not fully returning, thus keeping the lights off.

 

headlight power-wire goes through start-button. Which turns off headlights when you press it to save power. The flexing of headlight power-wire usually breaks wire or solder joint. Take apart start-button and you'll find problem

 

Thank you for your help, it was the killswitch. Replaced that and everything works as it should!
