'04 RR swap into '03 F4i?

Engine and transmission? I have an 03 F4i that the tranny is pretty shot. It skips in second gear, shifts with a huge 'Clunk' (bad even for a Honda) makes a nasty noise in second, etc. I bought used internals from an Ebay. After pricing all the parts that aren't in spec, the gaskets and bearings that should be replaced, etc...by the time I've finished (and I have never done a transmission) it looks like it's going to cost about the same as buying a whole other used engine. I've found one nearby with about 1/2 the miles that my current motor/tranny has. But....it's an '04 RR motor.

Anyone want to run down the issues I might encounter trying to put this into my '03 frame and wiring? Swingarm? Engine managment? Could I swap the thing right in there?

Thanks, I am sort of new to the CBR 600s so if this is a silly idea, please don't laugh.

Never mind. Googled it and got the answer...."Nope...not without lots of work"
Amazing that Google's general search went right to the answer and the Forum's Search.....I gave up after getting to page 20 or so without a real answer..
Sorry to bother you all...looking for an F4i engine and tranny now somewhere around Portland, Or...
