Default 02 F4i Flooding while off

So i new this street bike scene and just can't seem to get this bike running right. So here it is. It is stalling when cold anything below 150 degrees can't ride or it will stall at deceleration. I changed the map sensor, fpr, and cleaned the injectors and throttle body. Now when sitting parked it will flood and I have to unflood it to get it started again.. Any help will be appreciated. I read somewhere else that someone had the same problem and it wound up being valves needed adjustment. if it is that what am i looking at cost on that?

How were they cleaned? Flooding when the bike is **** off suggests injectors sticking open.
