01' F4i No Tail Running light
 

This is a repost, but somene hasto have an idea....

everything is hooked up the way i think it came stock... Only lights not hooked up are the "license plate lights" that had the white connector. Everything is hooked up to the correct wire... I checked the bulbs and they are okay.

Where do i go from there if the break light works but the running light doesnt and everything is hooked up right?
