Just got this yesterday. Fired right up last night and for the test ride. Now it won’t start. Started for a second taking it off the trailer. Now just turns over. Smells pretty strong of fuel and white smoke is coming out of the exhaust while trying to crack it. I know nothing about bikes. Seller said I can come and get my money back if I wanted.

Might not be a bad idea.

One thing to do when performing a test ride is prior to starting the bike is feel the exhaust or engine area. If it's warm that means the owner has started prior to you getting there. Some times this is innocent, sometimes it means the bike has issues starting/running from cold and they are trying to hide it by getting it warmed up so you don't see that.
