Default Forum functions are different

Does anyone know how the original poster can edit the name of the thread.... say from "Volcom's 07 600RR - Full Disassemble" to ----> "Volcom's 07 600RR - LOTS OF PROGRESS!"

I was wondering the same thing earlier. I wanted to change the name of a thread to somehting like. ATTN: Mods. This a double post please delete one of them because i cant figure out how. lol. you can still see the remains of my little mistake in the F2 section if you so choose.
