RIP Helen. Many prayers to your family.

 

RIP Helen, Her family will be in my thoughts and what ever help they need I will strive to fill.

 

We had a rider go down on Sunday just after our club ride - he wasn't killed but was so badly hurt he had to be life-flighted out of a canyon. His bike was cut in half.

Peeps, keep it real on the roads. We're not competing, we're riding on the street where there are people, boulders, cars, lanes, etc. I feel deeply for this young woman's family and especially so for her son.

 

Rest in peace.. So sad.. I found out about this from a rider that knew here.. Then saw it on here.

Be as safe as you can out there.
