is this a banana style corbin seat?? how come its 2 piece?

the seats sold and thats how corbin made them. allowed for a better fit seat and also had a system where you could attach a trunk or saddle bags easily to the rear seat mount instead of the entire seat

the f4 corbin seat was a single piece the 04-06 f4i corbin seat was 2 pieces
