TRS Carbon Fiber here, love it. I haven't heard an RS-3 so can't offer my opinion on it, but's probably sounds the same. It just depends whether you want the tri-oval look or the circular.

If I were to choose between the two, I'd go with the TRS. I like the looks of the TRS vs teh RS-3. Price wise it's about a $15 difference on eBay...

i have the full trs system, its pretty quite compared to most of my friends bikes.

Yes the LOR is very loud, I even got the smaller 10" race core, they do make a larger 13" core which doesnt idle as loud. I couldnt imagine wanting a bike you couldnt really hear, although the 13" LOR may be more reasonable, I just love my bike.
