WTB short frame sliders

So I'm considering getting some sliders. Both sides have some rash so I'm not really worried about the low speed tip-overs and what not. What I want are some nice short sliders that are gonna save some damage during something at higher speeds and be least likely to grab or flip the bike.

Obviously I want the cut type, and I would prefer some that just barely stick out of the fairing..I'm sure I could cut a pair of longer ones but I would prefer them rounded off and nice lookin'. Thanks =D

at higher speeds, frame sliders will be ground down to nothing, short=ground down faster......

D2moto has them, both short and long versions

woodcraft frame sliders

man the bolt on the d2's look so cheap. think i'ma try the woodcrafts out. and a long slider might give you more sliding action but if it breaks or catches things could end up worse. they're probably great for casual street riding but it seems like most track guys are all about just replacing/painting the fairings in a crash or using the lowest profile protection possible.

founds the woodcrafts somewhere with the slider for $40 so that ain't too bad.

I just went down at around 70 with woodcraft frame sliders. Bike slid on one side hit curb then flew in the air and landed on other side then slid for awhile, Sliders wore down less then 10% of puck on each side and not one scratch or bend on frame. Woodcraft all the way, Worth every penny. They dont stick out that far either.
