Hey there all you wonderful people, now is finally approaching the time when i'm interested in getting my f4i road worthy again. Figured someone here would be able to lend some direction in diagnosing, and repairing my wiring harness, or recommend alternative options. I understand this is a common issue for these bikes and purchased it knowing that.
Details on the bike: 01 600 f4i, I got it from a previous owner who had gotten it from a dealership, where it was sitting most its life. Since then it's been sitting in my possession about 2yr. So far i've gone through everything mechanically and replaced spark plugs. Cracked cover and manually cranked engine. Replaced battery, attempted to start it and it attempts turning over but no fuel pump priming noises. Removed gastank and tested the fuel pump standalone to the battery, works fine. Headlights and brights tested and working. So it's my understanding my problem lies either in relays or the harness itself. I have purchased (at least 1 i can find currently) new relay and tried changing them out as i remember it didn't do anything. But, I would appreciate any direction in the diagnosing process of this issue. I have decent wiring experience, I'm ready to dive into my wiring harness with a voltmeter if someone can provide a schematic...do i dare
Thanks so much for your attention here guys, and have patience im a NOOB

here is a link to the manual should have the wiring diagram at the back. https://carlsalter.com/download.asp?p=1968
Do you know if it has the original ignition switch? Sometimes when they have been replaced they do not contain the zener diode (on the pink wire) to bring the voltage down to c.9,3v which then energises the relays.
Could also try the contacts on the kill switch as that will also stop it priming.
