Default windscreen color option

I am getting a Zero Gravity Double Bubble windscreen for my 2005 F4i. I was wondering if the "Dark Smoke" option was ever a problem at night? I can change the visor on y helmet, but not my windscreen. Any opinions?

No, not a problem at all.

Do you get down low enough to actually look through the windscreen? I have mine painted opaque black and haven't noticed a problem...?

If ur in a full tuck then it might be a problem but other than that it shouldnt matter.

I have a "dark smoke" screen on my 02 F4i... I can't think of a time where it was a problem, my previous bike had one that was painted the same color as the bike, and again, wasnt really a problem, even at full tuck I could still look over it. On a side note - I don't think they should be called windscreens, thats just a flat out lie, I think they should be called "wind to body deflector thingie that gives you false hope of hiding from the elements" I dunno, maybe that names too long, but its far more accurate, peace!

I'm 5'10 and in full tuck the wind doesn't hit me at all. I like to tuck and look through the screen on empty stretches of road so I went with light smoke. When I hit traffic I usually pop up a bit and look just over the screen. If you can't get under a double bubble your *** is probably not scooted back enough.

If you're tucked that low, your head will be bouncing off the tank. I peek over just enough. It works fine.
