I've got the same problem. I know the solution too.
If your fairing stay is true, and your forks are truethen the problem is simple.
Are you ready?
The upper and lower triples are misaligned. It causes the right bar to be back a few degress when the bike is going straight.So when you try and hit the steering stop on a left U-turn it scrapes the fairing bolt.
Loosen the head, andupper and lower triples from the forks, realign and tighten. Tighten the lower clamp to forks then upper. Try and get the torque specs correct, they're in the service manual. You should be good after then.
