I just took my '02 F4i to the recommended paint guy and he says we dont have to but it might be a good idea to replace my tail section. Since i am going to do this will a RR tail fit my F4i?

Not without modification. There's someone here that has done the mod. It included subframe andswingarm. Was badass when done.

 

Or you may be able to rig up a race tail. Not sure about that one, but the thought occurred to me.

i would not do the rr swap with out measuring the width of the subframe.
