I wouldn't recommend it.. I have a 190 on mine right now because that's what the previous owner put on it.. I can't wait to get a regular 180 back onto it for handling purposes.
Handling of the bike changes with the increased curvature. A 190 might go on rim, but a 200 I'm sure will be pushing it (seating and probably touching).
