Is the 2001 and 2002 F4i exhaust systems the same? I am thinking about switching my 2 Bros exhaust to the 2 Bros high mount exhaust. Here are the details of the person selling it:

I have two exhaust systems for sale off of a 2001 Honda f4i. 1 is a two brothers racing exhuast with the high mount pipe. Pipe has no scratches on it and looks mint. Please let me know because I really like the high mount look. And does anyone know if its tough to make the switch. Is it a simple bolt on kinda install?

btw. this is my bike with my 2 Bros. I found the second pic of a high mount, not a 2 Bros but a Micron. I think it would look sweet with a high mount.

 

i have a high mount mid pipe if you are just looking for the mid pipe.

 

Is that all I need to transform what I have now into a high mount? ie. it'll have all the brackets I need, etc...

Would I use the same canister?

I'm a newb at this so I still need more info on what needs to be done. Easier the better.

 

The only thing I know about the 01 and the 02 is that the 01 was a little bit faster, I dont know what made it faster but thats what I heard. Other then that, they are pretty much the same bike.

it will fit 01 through i think 03 are the same

 

The mid-pipe (if two bros) will fit any can made by two bros. The inlet on the can is the same for al three types. The high mount takes a special mount and you will have to remove the rear pegs. You can go to any Two Bros dealer and they can order specific parts needed. I bought a used two bros can off ebay for 150 bucks, ordered a new midpipe(standard mount) with all mounting hardware for 100 bucks. Worked out perfectly! Let me know if you got anymore questions. Two Bros is very easy to work with.
