Who runs their HIDs with both sides on all the time?

Hey guys was just curious on opinions if it's safer to run both hids on all the time day/night or just 1. i know it blinds people at night and maybe even during the day, but hey, atleast they see us right? in my opinion it's better to be seen by blinding them than unseen. Any opinions? :icon_bike:

its been proven that running brights during the day isnt safer, but actually more dangerous ;)

Oh come on now, next you'll be telling us that loud pipes don't really save lives :icon_couchhide:

Leaving your brights on during the day has mixed blessings. It can help to make you more visible, but there is such a thing as being TOO visible - AKA target fixation. People will stare only at your oncoming headlight, instead of just acknowledging the fact that you exist.

And riding at night with your brights on should only be done when there is no traffic in the path of your headlight.

I have an HID bulb in my low beam only, because I like to play with my high beam a lot (flick it on and off, etc), which isn't good for an HID bulb.
